At Hampstead Flowers we do our very best to ensure the freshest and best quality flowers every time, however flowers are perishables and a product of nature and therefore can be unpredictable and vary in life span. If you feel the flowers provided by us have not met realistic expectations, Hampstead Flowers must be notified within 48 hours of purchase with the product returned or a photo sent to us via email.

If all care instructions have been followed and you have followed the return policy you will be eligible for a refund or store credit at the value Hampstead Flowers decides.

Note - cut flowers vary on life span from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on flower species. All flowers must be snipped and placed into fresh water as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to replace a flower type different but similar to the advertised bouquets as all flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, we would only want to provide you with the best at that time. Images of bouquets and vases are examples only.


Hampstead Flowers delivers 7 days across metro Melbourne except on Public Holidays. Delivery price is stated at the time of purchase and paid for.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time - our AM and PM time slots are a guide only, whilst we endeavour to deliver within this guide, at times, the delivery may fall outside of this.

Hampstead Flowers often use a courier partner to deliver and delivery times may vary depending on capacity.

If you do have a specific time requirement please call Hampstead Flowers on +61 3 9428 1250 before ordering. 

Please provide as much information as possible for delivery including a safe place to leave if no one is home, a mobile number of the recipient, specified time they will be there to receive the arrangement and we will always contact you if the delivery has been unsuccessful to discuss the re-delivery options.

If the delivery needs to be re-delivered at a later time or date/ delivered to an alternate address/ delivered back to the store/ waiting time, the responsibility of extra costs incurred are at your expense not the responsibility of Hampstead Flowers. 

All events, weddings and corporate delivery / installation / collection prices will be stated in the quote from Hampstead Flowers, agreed and confirmed upon payment. 

For the HF Ready Wedding Collection, delivery is to one address only, or chose pick up from the store at check out. Once order is processed, Hampstead Flowers will be in touch to discuss a more specific delivery time for your big day.

All items purchased are yours to own so we will not collect any glass ware from venues.
To secure your order we require payment in full of the shop purchase price via MasterCard, Visa or Amex. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully processed and we have your full contact details. 

Full payment of all events is required seven (7) days prior to event date and all events are confirmed upon receiving of payment.

50% deposit on all weddings is required upon confirmation. Full payment of all weddings is required two (2) weeks prior to Wedding date. 

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.  

If you request a cancellation, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price paid if you cancel an order by calling us on +61 3 9428 1250 no less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date. 

Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of a wedding or event date will result in loss of the complete payable amount.

Hampstead Flowers hires out props, including, but not limited to, vases for corporates, events and weddings. All props provided are the property of Hampstead Flowers and are on a hire basis only, unless pre-purchased and paid in full through Hampstead Flowers.

Hampstead Flowers will collect all hired items from the venue unless the customer has arranged to return the items themselves, in which case they must be returned with in one week of the corporate, wedding or event date. 

If the props are damaged or stolen additional charges will apply. 

Hampstead Flowers website contains content and assets that are owned by or licensed to Hampstead Flowers only - this includes  branding, logo, name, overall style, copywriting, graphics and photography. You are not permitted under any circumstances to reproduce or redistribute the content, if you do so we have the right to take necessary action. 

By law Hampstead Flowers can ONLY sell alcohol when purchased with another of our products as a gift to another person, such as a bouquet of flowers or a gift hamper - customers must be of 18 years or older. We cannot sell alcohol as a sole purchase.
