FAQ's

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY? 
If the recipient is not there to receive the delivery, our courier will assess if it is safe to leave the item/s at the front, side or back door of the delivery address and if it is not safe Hampstead Flowers will then contact the sender / recipient to arrange another delivery time or address that's more suitable (additional charges will apply).

You may give us your authority to leave the item/s at the front or back door of the delivery address, if you feel that it is safe, via the order notes field provided during the check out process, however, if the item/s are stolen or damaged it will not be the responsibility of Hampstead Flowers to replace or refund the item/s and delivery fee.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver Monday to Sunday. We don't deliver on public holidays. 

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?
You can request a specific delivery date, however we can not guarantee a delivery time other than AM or PM if ordered online. If you have a specific time requirement please call Hampstead Flowers on +61 3 9428 1250 to arrange.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY? 
The cut off point for same day deliveries is 12pm, all orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the following day unless otherwise requested and approved by Hampstead Flowers via phone or email.

HOW CAN I PAY?
Hampstead Flowers accepts MasterCard, Visa and Amex. PayPal is also available. 

WILL THE FLOWERS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO IN THE PHOTO?
The photos on the Hampstead Flowers website are examples only and not exact. Our florists will do their best to recreate the style photographed, using the best seasonal blooms available. Please see Terms and Conditions. All flowers are subject to availability, please provide as much information in the notes on the order form as possible or if you require something more specific please call the shop to discuss further on +61 3 9428 1250.

DO YOU DO WEDDINGS AND EVENTS?
We sure do. For weddings please contact us to arrange a consultation or shop our HF Ready Collection online. For events, please email, phone or pop in to discuss your options. 

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Alternatively you can pause it!
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
